50ml Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
15ml Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth
Lemon Peel Garnish

    Method

    Add all the ingredients into a tall glass and stir.
    Strain into a Martini glass.
    Add a lemon twist to garnish
