Description
In the style of a Jamaican rum, this wildly fermented sugarcane spirit pushes the boundaries of flavour and funk. It's full-bodied, earthy and herbaceous. This recipe was left to naturally ferment before double-distillation through New Norfolk Distillery's copper pot still. The overproof spirit is perfectly suited to mixing in cocktails with bold tropical fruit flavours.
