Tasting Notes

Baked lemon, malt biscuits, sticky toffee pudding, fresh green apple, plum and hazelnut on the nose. Pleasant weight, vibrant, initially vanilla and fresh fruits, poached pear and figs and honey, gentle wave of spice and dry sherry. Long with dates, apricot and honey.
