100 SOULS Hinterland Gin compliments Australian native flora with aromatic Asian ingredients to create a gin with focused Himalayan juniper, smooth sweet mandarin and a Szechuan pepper nuance. Lemon myrtle and lemon thyme harmonise the Szechuan spice, and sweetness of mandarin resulting in a mouth filling gin that reminds its creator of the soft rich beauty and flow of the Hinterlands.
