Uncle Nearest is astonishingly smooth, and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite whiskey or bourbon cocktail.
Tasting Notes

This whiskey is a blend of multiple mashbills which will create slight variations in flavor from batch to batch. Maple, vanilla, cherries, black pepper, almond cookies, dried straw, coconut pudding on the nose. Spicy on the palate with notes of caramel and brown sugar, marzipan, chocolate covered cherries and creme brulé with a touch of coconut. Long and rich finish, with a lingering flavor of spiced honey
