Description
This carefully crafted Rye and Malt edition of Shortcross Irish Whiskey has been proudly distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery. Created with a unique mash bill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley. This whiskey has been double distilled in copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland. Aged in a combination of virgin chinkapin oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Non-chill filtered all natural colour. Bottled at 46% abv. 70cl/700ml
Tasting Notes

Nose: Soft spice, orange peel and creamy caramel fudge.
Palate: Sweet stem ginger, fresh apricot and green apple followed by dark honey.
Finish: Sweet Marmalade and rich fudge, bringing with it light spice. Velvety and rich finish.
